Around Here

We are well served by local pubs: the Royal Oak in Poynings is across the road, the Shepherd and Dog in Fulking is just one mile’s walk away and the Ginger Fox is only 10 minutes’ drive away.

Brighton is only six miles away with all its attractions, by car, taxi or 17 Bus (one mile walk).

The walking options are many and varied as we are in the heart of the South Downs National Park. You can walk straight out of our door, along Dyke Lane up to Devil’s Dyke. Ideal for dogs, serious and non-serious walkers.

Rushfields Garden Centre and Farm Shop is just outside of the village.
